Established in 2003, Hillwood is situated just off Suitland Parkway in Southeast Washington, DC with 65 condominium units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. We launched this website as part of our continuing efforts to provide transparency. This site is designed to provide comprehensive information for association news, forms, upcoming meetings and results. The Board of Directors, management company and committee volunteers are working together to enhance our community experience.
Hillwood Condominiums Garden Club beautifies the Property! We need Volunteers to Join!
The Hillwood Condominiums Garden Club plants tree's and shrubs that are donated by local civic organizations and residents. DC donated and planted all the trees on the east end of the property, and the west end near the community center. If you would like to join the Garden Club, click the link below.
